Owners can send private offers during the search period. An offer does not have to be accepted.

Refund only if there is no qualifying offer
If NOOST produces no qualifying offer during the applicable search period, the $6 is returned. If at least one qualifying offer is produced, the $6 is not refunded — even if you decide not to book.

What this means.
- A successful booking does not refund or credit the $6.
- For the budget test, a qualifying offer must be no more than 10% above your stated budget. An owner may offer up to 20% above budget, but an offer above the 10% qualifying threshold does not satisfy the refund promise.
- Multiple Stays does not charge you again just for selecting several independent stays. After a qualifying offer for the first stay, a qualifying offer for a second independent stay can trigger a one-time $3 unlock. Additional searches in that same 60-day period are then free.
