Traveller requests
Travellers must provide accurate dates, guest counts, preferences and budget information.
Private offers
Offers may include alternate dates where the traveller has opted into flexibility. Offer prices and expiry times are shown before acceptance.
Cancellation
Confirmed bookings use NOOST's cancellation policy. Traveller cancellations use the Traveller schedule; Owner cancellations use a stronger Owner schedule because an Owner cancellation can leave the Traveller without confirmed accommodation. The applicable cancellation amount is for the affected non-cancelling party. The accepted policy version shown for the booking controls.
No-shows and misuse
No-shows, chargeback misuse, property-rule breaches or other material booking breaches may have financial or account consequences under the booking agreement.
