NOOST legal

Terms of Service

Version: NOOST-2026-09-draft-v2 · This is a product/legal framework for testing and is not a substitute for final legal review before launch.

NOOST's role

NOOST operates a private reverse accommodation marketplace. Travellers post demand and matching property owners may make private offers. NOOST facilitates the transaction but does not own, operate, manage or provide the accommodation.

User responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information, use the platform lawfully, keep account credentials secure, and comply with booking, payment, cancellation and marketplace rules.

Bookings and payments

A booking becomes binding only through NOOST's acceptance and payment flow. Prices, fees, taxes, payment processing and payout conditions are disclosed before completion.

Marketplace conduct

Attempts to bypass NOOST, misuse payment disputes, misrepresent properties, manipulate offers or interfere with other users may result in restrictions, withheld payouts where legally permitted, or account removal.

Versioning

The version of the applicable terms accepted for a booking is stored with the transaction record.
